(Oculus)The Oculus Rift will come out with extras such as the Oculus Remote, an Xbox One controller and a microphone. The Rift will also come bundled with Rift-ready gaming PCs, coming in for as little as ,499 to as much as ,000. Shipment for the Rift starts on March 28 though pre-orders have started since January. Pre-orders for the Rift and PC bundle have started February 16.

One of the biggest news for the gaming industry for 2016 is the return of VR technology into the scene. There are three VR headsets coming out, which are the PlayStation VR from Sony, the Vive for HTC and the Rift from Oculus.

The Oculus Rift can be said to be versatile, as it can be used for consoles and the PC, and given that, the Rift is now open for pre-orders with it being bundled with PCs that are certified to run the Oculus VR headset.

Pre-order has started on Feb. 16, reports The Verge, and for people who would want the Rift together with a PC equipped to run it, Amazon, Best Buy and the Microsoft Store have started accepting pre-order sign-ups for the Oculus Rift bundled with PCs coming from Dell, Asus and the gaming PC segment of Dell, Alienware. The bundle comes at $1,499 at its base price and can come to as much as $3,000.

The cheapest bundle comes at $1,499 with an Asus PC, as The International Business Times reports. With the bundle the Asus PC comes with Intel Core i5 processor, 8gb DDR4 RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 for its GPU, and 1tb for its hard drive.

Alienware, known for its gaming PCs and laptops, offers the most expensive bundle with an Intel i7 processor, Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 GPU, 16 GB RAM, 128 GB solid state drive and 2 TB hard drive.

The bundle offer is only for a limited time though, and for those who have already pre-ordered the Oculus Rift earlier, there is a discount given for those who would buy any of the Oculus Rift-ready PCs. The Oculus Rift will cost $599 by itself.

As Youth Health Magazine reports it, the bundles will not only have the Rift and PC, but will also include an Xbox One game controller and the Oculus Remote. Also included is free access to “EVE: Valkyrie” and the game “Lucky’s Tale.”

The Oculus Rift will be coming out in April, with the first shipments to made on March 28. It will be coming out on the same month that the HTC Vive will come out. Just like the Rift, the Vive will need a high-end gaming PC for it to run.

Pre-orders for the Rift has started since January, while the HTC Vive will have pre-orders start on Feb. 29. Price for the HTC Vive is still not announced.
